The police, by law, have only one objective: enforce the law. No - TopicsExpress

The police, by law, have only one objective: enforce the law. No where in their job description does it say protect people. With the government being for the people, they are on a macro level with policies and loopholes for every issue. So... who ensures the rights of citizens are being upheld? In a court of law the prosecutor works for the state... so does the public defenders.... so basically your screwed with a PD. Private Attorney really are the only thing to protect the people, but this is after they bend you over to their liking first. Oh yeah also after they have put you in jail with no resources to utilize unless you make bail to even plead a case even though your not guilty until proven guilty. Much of evidence is subjective to interpretation. just... #flawed This tangent was in regards to medical personnel being arrested for helping protesters in Turkey and making me correlate that America is not that much different in upholding what our constitution says.
