The political elite sit around in rooms with each other and discuss how to maintain the status quo. Why do they do this? Easy answer. They have been in power, and they want to stay in power. If there are any changes, they will not remain in power. The problem is maintaining the status quo is not a good thing. If we maintain the status quo we are piling up more debt to add to the 17 plus trillion, attacking basic individual liberty with attacks to the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, anf 8th amendments, nationalizing entire segments of the United States economy, over regulating what little truly private business remains, propping up crony corporatists who finance those who maintain the status quo, and destroying the valye of the American dollar with inflationary policy like quantitative easing, fractional reserve banking, and artificially low interest rates. This is what bothers me about Cochran meeting with Obamas top lobbyists. He is not reaching out across the aisle. He has been skipping down the road to economic and civil depravity hand in hand with these guys for years now. It is all in an effort to maintain power. Of course when you maintain power for that long, yoy start doing the mental gymnastics to make yourself think you are doing all of the little people a favor. He is not. He is hurting us. He is complicit in undermining our natural rights and putting us in the economic situation of devalued property and very little social mobility. We must shock the system. We need new blood. We need to elect Chris McDaniel. Should Chris ever decide that he should stay in power for decades and do the same thing, we shoild do the same to him, but for right now please join me in enforcing term limits on Senator Cochran at the ballot box.
