The president on the night of Feb. 10 from 20 am to Cameroonian youth gave a message on the National Youth Day Feb. 11, 2014 . The speech of the President of the Republic was on the airwaves of radio and television CRTV . Paul Biya addressed the Cameroonian youth on the eve of the 48 th National Youth Festival . This speech was based on youth unemployment as the greatest concern the government. The President indicated Significant efforts made to fight against this scourge that undermines the Cameroonian youth . The decision of President Paul Biya was taken into account in 2011 that instructed the recruitment of 25,000 young people in the public service. More recently, it was announced that there will be recruitment of more than 2,000 young people in the Cameroonian army , including the Presidential Guards (GP) and the BIR, as well as hundreds of others in other sectors of the army. It is undeniable that the major projects currently underway in Cameroon , among others, the deep sea port of Kribi , the second bridge over the Wouri , sports facilities (stadiums Limbe and Bafoussam ) .... initiated by the Head of state are job opportunities for young people. The speech of the Head of State on the eve of the 48 th National Youth Festival was undoubtedly an opportunity for Paul Biya to reiterate its confidence in his youth.
