The purpose of the 7 day challenge......It was to show that each and every day you grow a little stronger....you can do just one more thing or hold the plank for just 1 more second. Just because you struggle at something right this minute --- DO NOT GIVE UP --- it gets easier the longer you stick to it. I also wanted to show that even though all of the challenges took less then 10 minutes --- you were active --- better then doing nothing. As far as what you eat and drink...YOU GET FIT IN THE GYM BUT YOU LOSE WEIGHT IN THE KITCHEN....I can not stress this enough. One of the best attacks you can do is --- PLAN YOUR MEALS!!! Make time for it!! Be proud that you are fueling your body with the things it needs instead of fast food. Also remember that it is not about what you should not eat .. it is about all of the yummy things that you can that are good for you. Yes you can still eat a small slice of cake -- just dont eat the whole cake. As a reward for completing at least 6 out of 7 challenges --- Sarah, Roxie, and two others who did the challenge via text --- you have one FREE Tuesday night class!!!! Great Job Ladies!
