The return pickup has been done more than 48 hours before, and i havent received any communication from courier or Snapdeal. Kindly see into the matter for Replacement at an earliest. As in the screen shot the product is already dispatched to you on 30.11.2014. And I havent received any communication from your side since then. As per the phonetic conversation dt. 06.12.2014 I was informed that the product is not yet received at your end. Kindly see into the matter, as here I am able to see some other fact. Kindly dispatch the replacement at an earliest. I was informed on a phone call made on 09.12.2014 @ 13:12 by me to snapdeal customer care that you have received the defective product on saturday and you guys are working on sending me a replacement. I was also informed that my complaint is being being modified/altered so that the proces can be expedieted. I was informed earlier, even before the pickup was made, that a replacement product shall be dispatched as soon as the defective product is received at your end. Approximately 48 hours before on phone call I was told that the process of dispatch shall be expedieted. I have asked previously many times on email regarding the replacement/refund policy of Snapdeal, but I have never been given a reply. I would like the replacement to be shipped at an earliest as the time frame given by you is already passed.
