The sad and disheartening part of the issue is that the doctor community itself is not understanding the crux of the problem....... 1) 16000 mbbs doctors applied for 1100 vacancies 6months back. Where is deficit of mbbs doctors? 2) 2000 specialist doctors applied for 500 specialist posts 6 months back...... Where is the deficit of specialists? 3) when govt has so many unemployed doctors or otherwise doctors striving for rural service then,why is govt not using them to fill on permanent basis? 4) what is the need for govt to send 5000 u.g and 2000 p.g every year in the name of rural service when the deficiency shown by govt is less than 2000 which should have been filled on permanent basis 5) in the name of rural service why is govt cheating public and media...... As said by DME of Telangana we are using masters in medical colleges for mci inspections,and throwing diplomas as required by deputations in district hospitals Then,where the hell is rural service motto here? 6) As per mci regulations during inspections number of SENIOR RESIDENTS are equally important just as number of assistants and associates for the grant of a medical seat......which should be filled every year by a proper notification just as AIIMS,PGI,JIPMER do...... 7)aakali tho unnavaadi noti daggara koodu laakkoni, kadupu nindina vaadiki pettinattu undi Those who have applied for permanent jobs are denied jobs and those who wish to pursue higher education or better training are forced to do cheap,one year use and throw slavery...... 8)Above all this who the hell gave this govt. the right to withhold original degree certificates even after successful completion of degree. 9) How can govt make its own rule of registering doctors only after rural service....... So govt wants unregistered doctors for rural service and corporate,foreign trained doctors for their personal treatments...... According to MCI successful completion of masters or diploma gives them all rights to claim their registration. Withholding a persons original certificates is an OFFENCE but,govt is creating its only laws to cover its offences...., 10) The most blunders of all, govt.says its been spending more than a crore for a medical student education.....if so , 6000 mbbs seats per year ( 6000 x 50 lakhs) 2000 pg seats per year (2000 x 1crore). You can calculate......it goes to more than 5000 crores....... But health and family welfare budget in total is never more than 500 crores.....which includes many more things apart from budget allocated to medical college alone. 11) Ultimately if govt reserves its right to obtain its services from the junior doctors just because it has spent some money for their education (though this principle is against basic human rights,govt did not select students by choice,they have claimed these seats by merit) then govt.should start using all those passed out B TECH students for completion of pending Projects.......law students for clearing all lakhs of pending cases......all those degree students for clerical work in govt.offices in which a file does not move to next station for months.......because directly through fees reumbersement or indirectly through establishment of govt.colleges govt.is spending 1000s of crores in all these fields of education......... WHY IN THE NAME (masked in the name)OF RURAL SERVICE A BUDDING DOCTOR IS BEING harrassed........ If a doctor cannot understand this how can a normal person or a paid media can understand this........ JUNIOR DOCTORS ARE NOT AGAINST RURAL SERVICES BUT AGAINST FALSE INTERPRETATIONS AND PRINCIPLES OF GOVERNMENT.
