Morris Highlights from a intense workout I did just a a few days after the IDFA Championships that was held on July 19th. We worked out on my birthday and I was very tired having competed in 2 shows in the same day and being awake for more than 24hrs straight... Right back in the gym I went! While others probably took off, we were out starting back at a new goal. Thats the difference. I weighed in at 158 Lbs at my competition and now Im at 173 Lbs. ✅ Less ripped, but much bigger, stronger and fuller. Tip for your next chest workout: Perform a set of cable flys (8 to 12 Reps) in any stance and at the end of your set hold and squeeze at the end of the movement for 10 seconds. Include isometric contractions likes this into your routine for greater growth. Different technique to activate your chest. You dont need to go heavy just focus on squeezing each muscle fiber!
