The update we hoped and prayed against receiving. Prayers for my little sister Sarah and her husband, the pastor of FBC Shawnee, Oklahoma as they walk through these next moments of pain. Too many tears to carry- but by the grace of God go I. Emmanuel, our God is with us indeed. Status Update By Sarah Chisolm Miller He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Recently spoke with our Dr. after our major sono today. We are so blessed to have kind and loving care providers. The sono this morning showed that the TTTS has progressed and not gotten any better. The doctors estimate that Maggie and Ellen have 1-2 weeks before they pass away. She encouraged me and Ray to begin preparing emotionally and mentally to deliver in the coming week or so. She was sad and kind and gracious to walk me through exactly what is going to happen. I will stay at the hospital for the remainder of the pregnancy, as they dont believe the girls will live much longer. They have been given no chance for survival. Though this isnt what we hoped and prayed for, we find peace in knowing the moment they leave this earth they will be welcomed with joy into the hands of God our Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Please pray for strength and peace as we begin walking the road laid before us. May God be glorified in all things and in the lives of our girls. Our God is with us, Emmanuel.
