The video brought me to an incident where there was an old man driving a car that i think should not be fit to be on the road. This old man accidentally hit my kelisa last time as I was about to go out to the main road near Cempaka. At that time my wife was with me. As i got out in rage, this old man went out and kept saying to me in mandarin that he was sorry and that he tidak sengaja. He said he was rushing to pick up his grandchild from school. Well as any other driver, i am a bit angry also because i noticed that he was too close to me when i saw him in the mirror. I have anticipated that this would happen, so i told him that he could have avoid that should he put some distance. So we decided to go to the police to settle it, and he offered me to go with him in his car. My wife drove the kelisa and i am with the driver. While in the journey, i saw his face, that he almost cried and kept saying sorry. I saw his hand was shaking. The first thing that almost made me cry when i saw the floor of the car, i can actually see the road. The floor was rusted and have holes. I kept quiet. Then as we arrived at the police station, he then kept saying sorry and he take out from his pocket, a crumbled 50 ringgit note and with few one ringgit note. My tears came out and push his hand away. I didnt take his money and my dad was there too at that time. I told my dad im not gonna take it. And i apologized for dragging his time cuz probably his grandchild was waiting at school already. Until today i still feel bad about it. If i happen to see that man again, i want to sit down with him and have a yum cha with him. Respect your eldest or any elders around you. Dont scare them or bully them especially when they are old and look very helpless. The car dents can be fix but not their feelings. They can be in trauma if u being aggressive with them.
