There are some people who seem very formal, very innocent guy.Like as no fault that can be seen on his face.But when one starts to mix with him/her,she /he can realize how much strong the personality of that person have.It does not need geting higher degree from reputed university of the country or the world to learn the common sense,how to speak with an unknown/unseen person inspite he/she is going to be a freind.I think maintaining personality of a person is very important anywhere upto among freinds.One have to keep limitation of his speech also with his close freinds otherwise he/she will create a negative sense about him on the mind of his freinds.Personality mainly can be measured by communication and it makes difference a person from other person.
