There is one thing people need to understand , when higher income that can afford to pay taxes get tax cuts cities, states, still have to have money and raising water bills, and other backdoor tax hikes is inevitable. This could be you next if you live in a GOP trickle down economic state where water bills and/or other taxes,fees etc get so high you cant pay them. States need to either raise the wage and/or stop giving top income more tax cuts and allow the middle class to grow again.
