There were several comments on this dog, but none actually that could help us find an owner. Do you recall seeing a post for a missing dog like this? What type of dog does it appear to be? Perhaps if we can get that determined we could reach out to breed rescues/organizations. This doesnt look like your typical dumped pet which leads me to wonder if it was perhaps stolen, maybe from out of the area? Maybe it did not go missing in Delaware where it was found. Does anyone have any suggestions about breed so we could search that way? thanks
