Theres a customer said hi ronnie, how are you? After 2 seconds, he smiled and ordered a long black from me..and I recognized that customer is Sir Ron- the GM of cable... We laughed Tgt..After a year, he still recognize my face and name..thats so touching..and he chatted with me said year before, you made me the coffee while I was reading newspaper and now you made me the coffee again...world is small
