Theres an accuser, and theres an accused. I think the accused is innocent. I like the accused, I think hes a great guy. So I can speak as an unbiased source on this. I think the accuser is in the wrong, and doesnt have a foundation for their accusations. Im going to prove it right now. This request is being shared with a handful of people as an open letter. It has no particular likelihood to reach the accuser in any way. Its mostly just shared with people that agree with my opinion that the accused is innocent. Accuser, you dont know me. You have no reason to know me. Im in no way an authority on anything, nor will my opinion actually change anything if swayed. You certainly have no reason to interact with me. I dont have a stake in the game, other than to prove that youre a terrible human being and a liar. So heres my request: Accuser, back up your accusations. Provide inscrutable, concrete proof to me right here, right now. Do it thoroughly, and do it before my echo chamber of people that agree with me, many of which have already made up their mind, some of which have cursed you out publicly. If you dont provide evidence today that is sufficient to my criteria, which are far more than what has been known to stand up in a court of law, you are a liar. Youre factually, verifiably wrong, and you are terrible. You have a responsibility to me, a stranger on the internet, to spend your time justifying yourself. If you do not drop everything and do so, this whole case is settled. /END Ive seen a lot of this going on lately in a few circles. Its goofy, its stupid, and Im shocked at how few of these people get just how goofy or stupid they sound.
