Theres just something about old friends...the years spent laughing together, and all the memories, make for the best conversations years down the road. You know each other so well, there is never any need for explanation, they simply get it. They get YOU. They accept, and never judge you. If there are sides to be chosen, they choose yours, without thought, hesitation, or reason. They stuck by you when you sported denim overalls, and even that unfortunate Rachel haircut (a reference only you 90s kids will get ;) )...They know information that could probably ruin your life, or at least send you to jail, yet they never share it with anyone. Because they love you, they protect you always. I have been blessed with only a handful of those kinds of friends in my lifetime, but they are truly more than I could have ever asked for. And Im sure without even me naming names, they know exactly who they are....
