These are so easy to make! Easter Bunny Cake Ingredients: 2 9-inch round cakes, cooled (Your choice of flavor) 1-2 tubs vanilla icing 1 package Coconut flakes Red food color Water Decorations: licorice or string candy, candy sprinkles, gumdrops, jelly beans, M&M’s Directions: Leave 1 cake whole. Use serrated knife to cut remaining cake into 3 pieces as shown in Cake 2 picture. Places cut pieces on your plate or platter to resemble a bunnys head and bow tie as shown in the assembled picture. Use a small amount of icing to attach pieces to each other. Cover the cake with icing. Scatter coconut over the rest of the cake, excluding the bowtie. To make pink coconut for the ears, simply mix about 1/2 tsp. water with a few drops of food coloring (if too dark add more water). Put some of the coconut in resealable plastic bag and add water mixture. Close and shake until coconut is evenly colored. Scatter in the center of bunnys ears.
