This BRAVE young lady decided to post her before and after pictures in my support group. Shes only 3 weeks into my program and shes already down 30lbs and 4 pant sizes. Do you want to know what excites me the most? Her courage. Geraldines courage to transform not only her own health, but she is inspiring thousands of others in the group. She is inspiring so many people and I have to say, she is inspiring ME. Its hard enough to look at your body by yourself in the mirror when you hate it so much, but do you realize how brave it is to POST it, in hopes to save another persons life?! Thats what this beautiful girl is doing. She is a game changer. Our support group is SAFE. She is educating herself on the importance of eating clean - how to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, and shes taking all of the knowledge in. We are all supporting her journey. She understands the detrimental effects of GMO foods. She understands the value of flooding her body with dense superfoods. And most importantly, she is ridding her body of all that nasty toxic fat that kept her from shining through. I am absolutely in love with what I do. I get to link arms with some super supportive and positive people every single day - both ONline and OFFline. How amazing is that?
