This TED talk is almost 18 minutes long. But I challenge to listen to it in its entirety. Ive listen to many TED talked over the years. Some I agree with. Some, not so much. This one, in my opinion, is spot on. I think much like this author. This is one of the reasons that, to spite the fact that I grew up in a strongly Democratic household with all the prejudice that comes with being closed minded, I still ended up becoming a Republican and ultimately, a Libertarian. Being a closed minded Republican is no better than being a closed minded Democrat. Same way when talking a bout race, countrys or parts of the country that a person comes from. Please, always keep an open mind. And please listen to this woman. You will be a happier person for it. I promise.
