This Will Happen In The US 100,000 People Take the Street of Polish Capital, Threatening Massive Shut Down Poland Minor // Miscellaneous accident In one of the largest demonstrations in years in Poland, tens of thousands of protesters took the street of the country’s capital of Warsaw, on Saturday, demanding more jobs and higher pay. In an apparently peaceful demonstration organized by the trade unions, protesters marching past the heart of the city were seen chanting against the government for its failure to tackle the unemployment problem. In the demonstration, the union leaders also threatened to shut down the whole country, if the government led by Prime Minister Donald Tusk failed to address the issue.
