This afternoon I got tattoo number two in honor of one of my very best friends, my brother. It has been a lot harder on me than people realize. Mine and Bubba relationship was different in many ways. He was a lot older than me and in a lot of ways was a second father as well. I could have never imagined life without him and now that I am actually having to live life without him it is honestly hell at times. Missing him will never get easier and our memories will never fade. Sissy let me borrow his EKG rhythm that was included in his last medical records she received from the hospital. My thought behind my tattoo... Bubbas heart rhythm with a bird flying away. The bird symbolizes Bubba being set free from all the earthly pain he experienced on August 19th. I had the tattoo done on my foot because even though Bubba isnt here in human form he still walks with me Daily. Bubba, I love and miss you more than words or tattoos could ever express. Thank you Aunt Kim. This was the greatest birthday present ever!
