This has been going on for several months now. We have had several technicians out to our house to fix the issue. The first guy was out twice saying he couldnt find an issue. The second guy found that our signal is weaker inside than it is outside, but yet still no fix since the lines were built into the house when it was built. Im to the point where our service is going to be canceled if this isnt fixed once and for all! And if I am told once again this might be a non fixable issue I will for sure cancel and take my business elsewhere. Im not going to continue to pay your high rates for subpar service. Its bad enough we have put up with it this long, no discounts or other compensation offered.
