This is Mel, he is around 5 years old and in the pound in Isle of Wight, VA. I received a call from the director of the shelter. She really wants Mel to go to an ACD savy home or Rescue. She thinks Mel maybe got kicked as he holds his head down some, I really dont see it to much maybe a little in the video. Even the shelter workers were taken back when Mel (like all ACDs) would try to grab there wrist mostly when theyre putting him back in his kennel, he wants to stay out.
