This is Nancy! So happy for you!! WTG Today is the last day of my first 90-day challenge. And, here are my results. My name is Nancy Mays. I am a retired, 66 year old who was very uncomfortable in my own skin. I knew I had to do something because I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis and fibromyalgia. I had no get up and go. I had no energy. I just wanted to sleep all the time. And, at night I would suffer from night sweats so bad I would wake up soaking wet. I was pretty much miserable. I started seeing recipes and before and after stories on Facebook. I clicked on the links a couple of times and thought. This is just another one of those things that wont help. I figured I should be able to lose weight on my own. But, then I realized that I wasnt doing a very good job at that. So, I thought, Okay, so maybe its a crutch I can use to get me started. So I ordered enough to get me through the 90-day challenge. The first thing I noticed was about the third day of taking Skinny Fiber, the night sweats stopped completely. And, they never came back. So, I figured it was worth the money even if that was the only benefit I got. I knew I had a lot of toxins in my body or else I wouldnt be in such poor shape. From reading the different stories, I knew that I would experience some detox symptoms. I had some headaches the first couple of weeks. But, that was about the worst of it. I noticed that my cravings for ice cream and potato chips was gone as well. About 30-60 minutes before each meal, I took two capsules about before lunch and two before dinner with a large glass of water. By the time I sat down to eat, I was not ravenously hungry. So, I just naturally ate less. The hardest part for me was drinking enough water. You are supposed to drink at least eight 8-oz glasses a day. I didnt usually drink much of anything during the day - maybe a diet drink with a meal. But, I have not had a diet soda since I started the 90-day challenge, and I really dont miss it at all. The weight is coming off slowly. But, at my age, I think that is normal. Between January and April of 2014 I have lost 14 pounds and 12.5 inches. I have lots more energy. I no longer nap during the day. My fibromyalgia is much improved. And my outlook on life is a lot more positive than it was a few short months before. I am staying with Skinny Fiber. I want to lose at least 60 more pounds. But, even after I get to my ideal weight, I will still take it for the other health benefits.
