This is a kayak bass video with some great aerials! I lost two very nice bass to jumps on this night and landed one and some huge rock bass on top of a board pile. If youre fighting a bass and you feel it suddenly rise up (and can actually think in that moment) it helps to stop reeling, lean the rod towards the fish and follow the course of their jump, kind of in an arc. Youll lose less of them that way but Ill admit its not easy to remember when your fighting a big bass. I had fish hit Rapala USA Clackin Cranks, Violent Strike Lures spinnerbaits, and Chatterbaits on this trip. All of which I managed to lose due to using 20 rather than 50# line. Brian W.
