This is an incredible video explaining carbohydrates - Its worth the 4 minutes it takes to watch it. I am not a proponent of low-carb diets, however I am a proponent of healthy whole foods that contain carbs. As this pertains to grief - grief puts us in a state of emotional distress that the body could perceive as needing to store fat for survival.
