This is another piece I wanted to offer up to my Facebook followers & online before I take it to the farmers market this weekend. This is a one-of-a-kind piece, on a slice of northern basswood that measures about a foot and a half long and 9 inches tall. These scarlett orange daisies are one of the most popular flowers at the farmers markets. People seem to really like pieces made with these flowers. The back is signed, dated, entitled "Scarlett Sunset." This piece weighs around two pounds, is an inch thick, and has a hanger on the back so it can be displayed on a wall!
