This is disconcerting when I read a congressman write like this (regarding copyright law). Congress must ensure that the rights of the creator are protected. Our laws must continue to encourage creativity and innovation, and one way we can do so is ensuring that the creator of copyrighted material retains certain rights. - Rep. Cong. Todd Young The guy clearly believes in striping more rights away from artists leaving creativity and innovation to companies that can profit off of our hard work. Spread the word and write your senators on this important issue as it moves forward as it affects each and every one that works in the arts. Copyright laws are there for a reason - to say that it is OK to take and use for a profit is simply wrong.
