This is gonna be the best day of my life Lets Piyo! Warm-up, step tap with a shoulder roll: 8 count, 4 sets 1. Step into a lunge, arms above your head & tuck your hips while engaging your core (15 seconds) 2. Same move as above BUT now tap forward the leg that is lunged back when you tuck the hip. (15 seconds) 3. Same move as above BUT now lift the leg that is lunged back when you tuck the hip. (15 seconds) 4. Bowler lunge, arms above your head, & arch the arms when you crunch the abs(15 seconds) 5. Same move as above but tap the foot forward. (15 seconds) 4. Same move as in step 4 but lift the leg.(15 seconds) 7. Squat (15 seconds) 8. Sumo Squat (15 seconds) Repeat circuit 4 times Cool down, see pinned posts for stretch ideas.
