This is how being a cunt back to companies works for you. Ive recently had issues with EE; I have now for the second time set up with your customer service department and billing department for my bill to come out of my account on 10th of every month through direct debit. This has never happened costing me in bank charges, hassle from your billing department higher bills as now I owe £38.99 (which one month should be £16.99) for September in which when I phoned up on the 10th September was assured that this would be coming out of the 10th and some money would be taking out to that prior in which my account said it had done so due to the holding back of this money. A lady called me to inform I woe the afore mentioned price for one month bill and has now threatened me with the barring of my contract. I am not very happy. I informed her to set up for the 10th she said she cant but I have to ring (now would be third time) to arrange this. As to this my phone number in which was meant to automatically change over night did not and this took 4 phone calls and 6 weeks. Your customer service is a joke and so is your company. If you bar my phone I will be cancelling my contract with you and not paying anything and ensuring my bank cancels any payments with yourselves and you will be getting no money what so ever as I am sick to the teeth of paying for your mistakes and lack of competence. As to this your My EE app is crap and never bloody works so can never do anything with it and have to waste my time dealing with idiotic telephone sales people who fail to deliver on their roles.
