This is just my opinion but I feel as if we are better off without the older guys. They cant even forecheck, the puck gets dumped in and the opposing team is out of their zone already going the other way with the puck. There was more intensity against Toronto. Certain people talk down to fans that want change. But how long do we wait before it is too late and we are on the outside of another playoff race. This team looks ten steps behind in all fascist of the game. Teams ahead of us keep losing like the Rangers did again tonight and we failed to capitalize. Its the same old crap over and over again. I am tired of settling for well thats Devils hockey, what do you expect? I expect our so called Genius General Manager to realize that this team has not produced in the last 3 years and has been mediocre at best. I dont want to say that the game has passed by Lou, but he really hasnt given me a reason not to. I am not a loyalist when it comes to what people did 5-10years ago for my favorite teams. And idc how good of a locker room guy someone is. If you cant get it done on the ice. Im sorry, but you need to go. Where is our new ownership in all of this... We dont hear anything from them! They are dead silent! But that is not surprising because why would owners of an NBA team that considers tanking every year to get a #1 pick to be ok say anything about the state of their hockey team?... SMH Its time for change...Im all for a coaching change...a trade(doesnt matter who it is) but something needs to happen ASAP! or we will be out of it before we know it....
