This is just to let everyone inPattaya that I have a court order against Ploy the owner of Golden Homes Pattaya for 1.5 milbht plus 7.5% interest.I have put 1 of her houses 2 auction.However the Kasikorn Bank has now repossessed 2 of her houses because PLOY the owner of Golden Homes could NOT keep up the monthly repayments.It is up 2 all out their 2 make up their minds is it worth dealing with a person and her company when you will be handing over your money to a person who cannot even make her own bank payments on her own houses and yet she wants you 2 buy houses from her.I dont think so.
