This is outrageous!!! Do you know what? I just read an article posted on Friday by Caroline Hutchinson saying that.... On June 28 at about 10am, a boat made contact with authorities on Christmas Island. It was 175 miles out to sea, in some trouble and carrying 153 people - 84 men, 32 women and 37 children. No where has this been on the news - you know why? Because the Immigration Minister Scott Morrison wont acknowledge it! So therefore its unconfirmed & we have no idea whats happened to all those people! Have they been sent back to the Tamil government who they so desperately fled from?? Its bloody outrageous - we have PLENTY of room here in Australia for these people to come, live here safely, work our rich land, grow their own foods & sustain themselves on. Surely we can welcome more people in??
