This is so true. TBH my main motivations for wanting to shoot full frame is to get the most out of a large catalog of glass, some of which are decades old. I could put a vintage Nikkor lens on a GH4 body (which is one of the best still cameras for video) but it wouldnt look nearly the same because of the crop factor. That said, if all youre worrying about is getting a couple of simple decent prime lenses you can find some for every sensor size.
