This is to inform to our present members that we are about to submit a proposal regarding the upcoming events at nec which might be scheduled at nec on 3rd week of Ashwin 2070(1st and 2nd October) from nec administration. On this regard we thing, that a further discussion need to be made between our present Project Co-ordinators of all respective engineering program offered at nec along with the Student representative from various Student clubs registered at nec. So we are going to have meeting on 29th Aug 2013 Thursday at nec Library Block. The time is 1:00 pm. The attending members for the meeting as Student representative are listed below: 1. Student Cordinator, CTRC-nec 2. Representative, AKASH 3. President, CARRD-nec 4. Co-ordinator, NCESS 5. MSP, MIC Nepal The attending members for the meeting as Project Co-ordinator/PC as listed below: 1. Asst. Prof. Rupesh Dahi Shrestha, Past nec-Exhibition Co-ordinator. 2. Asst. The agendas that need to be discussed at the meeting will solely focus on detail discussion on the role that each Student Clubs and Project Co-ordinators shall play during the nec upcoming event. This meeting should conclude with the another meeting being scheduled with nec administration for final conclusion of the events.
