This is to my 30-day challengers who DIDNT get an email in their inbox today, or are maybe wondering why they havent heard from me. If you have GMAIL, check your promotions or other tabs. Find my emails and drag them to your primary inbox. If you have YAHOO, HOTMAIL, MSN, used your work or school email to sign up, CHECK YOUR SPAM - regularly!!! I post on Facebook when I send out one of those special emails so you know to check, but I have zero control over the email filters - my messages DO GET SENT TO SPAM ARBITRARILY. Trust me, its rough! I just want you to be able to get your content and I have no control over it, nor can I resend emails once they have gone out. So please just check your spam, look from your mobile and your actual computer, do a search for Betty Rocker and be sure to mark me as safe, store my details etc. Nothing makes me sadder than hearing you didnt get the email and arent able to do the workout or the bonus video!!
