This is what we need; more minority young men with creativity and innovation. This is how we build a strong community and strong nation. We need more innovators, so we can start to build our own business and become less dependent on others. I believe that once we are able to build and create businesses, we can have a place for our young people to go to work, instead of on the streets. Ownership is leadership and leadership allow us to bring others into the fold and teach them how to be leaders. The question is how do we as a people become more productive in finding ways to start our own corporations and business? Our people need jobs and we have a difficult time finding them, because we do not create them, we apply for them and work them but we do not create them. I believe that once we find a way to become job creators, instead of job applicants, job seekers, and job recipients, we can prosper as a culture. Lets face it people, we have a very difficult time finding work and the main reason is because we lack job creation ability and the question is where do we begin and how do we get started?
