A great many of the items in your website articles I already knew about, or did, or had learned about. However, the graciousness and simplicity of your web articles keeps me coming back to read, and re-read- sometimes years apart. When I get behind or stressed and loosen my grip on a mind/body/spirit plan I come back to your site to regain the forward path. The site itself is a quiet, peaceful place where I can be gently reminded to do what I already know I should AND want to be doing for healing.
