This may sound bass ackwards. but I kinda feel for the Frat kids that are being suspended from their activities and organizations because of this Rolling Stone article breaking...the thing is, the build up is 30 years or more of this but only these kids are getting punished. I think all Alumni of these Frats that are responsible for rape should have their names tarnished as well, not just the kids that worked their asses off for an education and didnt harm anyone. Yes, suspend the Frats. That is the right thing to do. Get rid of the goddamn Greek system. Get rid of the ol boy networking. Get rid of white paternalistic power games. But punishing just a handful of kids, a majority that arent guilty of anything, and letting decades of abuse go without trial, without punishment..seems, a little, and a little too late. Regardless. Its a start.
