This notice of claim I am trying to make for handing to cops on scene needs to point out their duty only with quotes of their oaths and the law and all on the first page. And Declaration of Sovereignty needs to do a lot more, and be filed with the police chief I guess and courts, but Im working on that one. Both should include the fee schedule for violations of the rights, and point out several things about their liability (Ive covered them already in other posts). It can be handed to cops like this, and you can say: Better you read this and heed the warning or it could cost you a whole lot more when you are being sued in court for $1000/minute of unlawful detainment (Trezevant v. TAMPA), your property seized by a commercial lien, and you removed from office by a notary dishonor process and criminal charges in common law court, for violating your oath and causing harm... etc..
