This really moved me. There is a video to this so please click and watch! How much time did I waste in my life saying to myself Im disgusting when looking in a mirror. When growing up - If I ever asked how do I look? my father would tell me every time: Its not how you look on the outside, its how you look in the inside! I would groan. I wanted that positive reinforcement that I was pretty. Ill be honest, just last week I said those nasty words to myself. What a different story it would be if I spent those moments thinking Im beautiful. I accept everything about me and I am beautiful inside and out. No more wasting time with negative thoughts. I vow to live the second half of my life with positive thoughts. Whos with me?
