This report FAILS to note that it is NOT the ACA LAW that is doing this - IT IS the Greedy Ass Employers who are doing this so they can weasel their way out of providing coverage for their employees. If anything there should be even MORE STRICT Provisions in the law to FORCE employers to make the coverage available to ALL Employees regardless of their Part Time or Full Time employment status. Employers have LONG screwed with workers Hours to avoid all kinds of benefits and regulations like paying Over Time . I know of a MAJOR Grocery Store ( Krogers) who has for Decades hired only Part Time people and then put them on Permanent Part Time status to avoid paying over time and other benefits. This is nothing new for Greedy ass Employers and as far as Unions griping about the works hours ? BULL SHIT you Union Leaders need to get your heads out of your asses and start doing your Jobs and Negotiate proper working hours and conditions for your members after all that is YOUR JOB !
