This video of my question with the Harlingen Coach Manny Gomez has gone viral. More than 33,000 people have viewed it in about 24 hours. Many comments. Many of my friends and family dont know about this. I wanted to share it with them. This isnt an easy job. You know I have worked as a journalist for 20 years. I am known for one thing. I am fair and I dont take sides. I have covered stories in Mexico, had death threats issued against me and had several others threaten me with physical violence. I just ask the questions. This question was a fair question. I was trying to get him to talk about the emotion of the game and get out of the xs and os of the game. Journalism is about emotion. I could have asked him a harsher question about what happened in the 4th quarter. I was nice about it. The reaction is uncalled for and I am very disappointed. I appreciate the love and support I am receiving from the supporters and fellow media members. For you haters, I just shake my head. Just one last word on this: Yes I am Freakin Serious?
