This wasnt our first road trip to florida but the first time Im telling you things Ive learned from it. Ive learned: that spending over $100 for the complete series of 7th heaven was worth every penny, that we need 70 mph speed limit in Wisconsin, that sleeping in a wayside at 1am for a couple hours doesnt really work unless your ed, that having an I-pass is so much nicer than finding change and stopping at tolls (thanks Brooke Wondra), that my bladder can hold way more than I thought, that Illinois people drive crazy in other states too ( no offense Fran Hrabe), that even if your destination in Clearwater is 5 miles away you must give yourself 30 minutes to get there, that Im afraid of all high bridges (not just if there is water under them), that my husband doesnt like driving up the mountains, that I love it, that wisconsin has the worst roads, that Indiana has the worst highway clean-up crew, that taking a week vacation with Mike Schrauth and Kim Schrauth was a blast, that visiting friends and far away family is priceless. We are stilling deciding if we fly next year or drive.
