This week Im going to be doing an exercise from my morning workout which is Piyo right now! Piyo is a combo of yoga and Pilates but more cardio. Its great for strengthening, flexibility, balance and preventing or helping injuries! If you like the exercises and want to give piyo a try let me know so I can help you with it! With the exercise today dont let your knee come over your toe on the squat. Then with the balance stare straight ahead at a non-moving object. Do this 10xs on each side 2-3xs. Like or comment after!
