This week has been totally uneventful and boring, thank God :) I have not once had to do a Jack Bauer impression. No car wrecks to crawl out from, no flying across the country to solve world issues; no sickness and injuries, and no bad boys to contemplate squirting bullets at! In fact, having healed physically and mentally from all of the above this past 4 weeks, I got back to some great personal training sessions at #GNG and some workouts of my own in the fitness center each evening this week. Back, chest (yay for bench presses now no seatbelt bruising), legs, bis & tris, and abs! Bring on the bears, oh yeahhh! ~Lisa Be a survivor, not a victim!
