This weeks Squat Challenge is Prayer Squats. Do 30 Wednesday, 20 Thursday. Take pictures and post your accomplishments! *Stand tall with chest out and back straight. Feet should be shoulder width apart or slightly narrower. *Place your hands in the center of your chest at your hearts height and push them together. *Begin to squat down as if you’re bending to sit down in a chair behind you. Make sure to keep your elbows between your knees as you squat and your hands pressed firmly together. Squat down as deeply as possible, keeping your knees back behind your toes. *After a brief pause, push yourself back up, keeping your weight focused in your heels. That completes 1 squat.
