Those of you who have known me, know I started a life style change almost 16 years ago. Well 15 months ago I revised my life style to include eating CLEAN and becoming more physically fit! I am doing MY FIRST 5K , Color Me Purple and Gold at East Carolina University with my son, Tyler Rood and my awesome brother, Jet Thomas next weekend!!! I am excited to have my amazing husband, Rob Rood cheering us on and waiting for us at the finish line. I am NOT a runner and nor will win this 5 K but I WILL do my very best that I can and I WILL FINISH IT WITH PRIDE! The C25K has been a great tool for me to get moving but running outside is WAY MORE difficult than running on a treadmill! I am so discouraged after my run today! Not to sure what I have gotten myself into! Uugghhh!!!!!
