Thought wed share this interesting post from Jason Olivier. ----------------------------------------- Vote Warren Montgomery Jason Olivier St. Tammany DA Race- It was posted on Candidate Roy Burns facebook page about Candidate Brian Trainor: One thing Trainor does have is a lot of money from the fat cats to pay people to haunt these sites with political announcements. Well I know Brian Trainor and lets compare what he says to the truth. 1. He has done nothing but law enforcement work for the last 12 years: Lie. He left the DAs office for over a year after Katrina, when the office needed him most to put blue roofs on houses, because he said he could make a lot of money; 2. He says he has been full time in law enforcement for 12 years: Lie. For the entire time he has been a DA and Chief Deputy those were his part time jobs while he hustled hundreds of thousands of dollars for his law firm Montalbano & Trainor; 3. He claims he worked his way up to Chief Deputy: Lie. He was with Strain for 9 months when he got his daddys old job. When he left the DAs office he told his staff he had been promised by Strain he could have the job when Strain retired; 4. He suggests he worked as a cop: Lie. He went on a few ride alongs with the real police, but he never made any arrest. Strain jumped him over 600 real cops to give him his daddys job; 5. He tried felony cases. Lie. He sat alongside a real felony prosecutor to build up his resume. Nothing more. 6. Hes tried thousands of cases. Lie. He was in the courtroom when people plead guilty to traffic and minor misdemeanor cases; And now two of the really interesting things he said. 7. He is going to fight corruption with a white collar crime unit. Brian knows so little about the subject he doesnt understand white collar crime and public corruption are totally different. Although if there had been a public corruption prosecutor when he was there perhaps they could have stopped him from practicing law while he was on the public payroll; 8. And this is the best. He now says he left Reeds office when he realized it was corrupt. Simple question for Brian and his flacks. If you knew it was corrupt wasnt it your sworn duty to report to the Feds and since you did not how does that make you any different from Reed. Folks you want another 30 years of Reed, but only worse then vote for the good old boys candidate. Vote Brian. I know nothin, I see nothin Trainor. I cannot attest to all these facts, but the conclusion is correct. He will be more of the same IMHO.
