Thoughts as I review my newsfeed and view feedback about the movie NOAH: I think that many people are missing the fact that the entertainment industry is not designed to uphold biblical standards. Even films that are created based on a biblical reference, are not necessarily designed to encourage a Christ-like lifestyle. Gods Not Dead and Son of God are not major motion pictures they are actually designed intentionally to encourage a Christian worldview.....Noah was not. I see no problem with Noah because i did not condition my mind to think that i would be having a biblical experience. Im very taken back by how vocal Christians have become about how bad they think this movie is. When in reality ...ITS A MOVIE!!!!! I sincerely believe that if anyone wants to know and experience the truth of a biblical story they should read the Bible. Yes, we can hope and pray for a society that will match up with what we believe God intended for mankind..however, that is not the modern day reality. Christians must be cognizant of that prior to being negative in their explanations and deductions about popular media.
