Thoughts on my mind.....! There was a popular song when I was growing up on the diversity of humanity and societal cultures . It went like.... The people you see, and the language the speak, are quite different, you know ? In all my years and interactions, none can compare with the people on this ethereal clime , known, called and addressed as Facebook. We shall call them as Facebooksians ! Men and women. Young and old. They come in all shapes and seizes, cultures, believes, idiodyncracies and attitudes. Many, many kind we be( Fela) Theres are those who are so endowed that , ( wait for it ),they know everything. Never mind that they never have broken a slate, let a lone submitted a classroom assignment to a teacher before, talk less if having any formal training in any discipline or field of sturdy. But trust me, they excel in public commentaries on all issues, home or abroad. Then , there are the ones I prefer to call the Star gazers, who can read your stars, minds and even your akashiak records(whether such exist, or not). We have the gamblers, the Marry me`s,and the Mouth pieces of God Almighty, whose main business is to pour out blessings to those in dire need. I could go on and on, and on , adinfinitum. But what really prompted this post is my last poetic post of two days ago . An ode to my lover.... This sent zillions of interpreters to work, congratulating me , with some almost setting a date and an avenue for my wedding. Abegi, who send you? Can somebody tell these bunch if well wishers to please, hold thier breaks, till the bells start tolling? Please, give me a break.
